The Michigan State University College of Nursing's Traditional BSN program is designed to develop highly qualified, caring professionals to meet the healthcare needs of individuals, families and populations.
This is a full-time, six-semester, upper-division BSN program for students who have completed 28 credits and prerequisite coursework.
Graduates qualify to take the NCLEX-RN, the licensure examination for eligibility to become a registered nurse. Current reports indicate that from 2023-2024 90.06% of our recent graduates pre-licensure BSN graduates from 2023-2024 passed the NCLEX examination on their first attempt.
